On July 6th Marika
& Federico attended the Summer Top On Ice Gala in Torre Pellice
(Turin) skating two exhibitions to Micheal Bolton's "Smile" and
"Cotton Eye Joe". Despite coming from a two-months stop because
of Marika's injury, they performed very well expecially in their
first program where they could show some of the spectacular
lifts they used to execute on roller skates and which aren't
allowed in figure skating competitions.
Marika & Federico
will be training in Asiago (VI) untill the end of July getting
ready for the new season and, on August 1st, they'll
attend a figure skating show in Bosco Chiesa Nuova (VR).
They were also
selected to be part of the 2008 Golden Skate Awards 2008
which will take place in Milan on October 11th. For
